Live Virtual Training – Cancellation Policy
Participants who register for a live virtual webinar or training session may request cancellation at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of the event will not qualify for a refund.
Approved cancellations will incur a $30 administrative processing fee. We strongly encourage participants to notify us as early as possible if they are unable to attend.
Transfer / Substitution Policy
If you cannot attend your registered live session, you may choose one of the following options:
Transfer your registration to another individual.
Shift your enrollment to a future webinar date (subject to availability).
Important Conditions:
Transfers are free but must be requested in advance.
Transfers or cancellations will not be permitted in the following cases:
The participant fails to attend the live session.
Access details are missed due to issues on the participant’s end (such as spam filters or incorrect email settings).
The session is an on-demand, recorded, or downloadable program.
Refund Policy
If Webstrainer cancels a scheduled live event due to technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.
If login credentials or access details are not received, the participant must inform us at least 24 hours before the event. Failure to report the issue within this timeframe will make the registration non-refundable.

Digital Products (Transcripts, Downloads, Recordings)
All purchases of digital products, including transcripts, recordings, or downloadable materials, are final. Once access has been granted or files have been delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
